Horbans’ Estate-Plan Gift Will Support Quality Programming

Diane M. Horban has been a fan of WTTW for decades. “My first experience was in the early 1970s watching Upstairs Downstairs,” she says. “I got my husband hooked (before we were married), and we loved watching the series together.”

To help ensure that WTTW continues to produce quality programming, the Horbans are giving a percentage of their estate to WTTW through their will. “Not only does WTTW have learning programs for children and adults but also documentaries and unbiased news. I want to support that type of journalism.”

Diane enjoys attending WTTW events and has even gone on a trip to England with the station. She encourages others “to be a part of something larger than themselves and support this organization that does so much good in our community.”
